Introduction: The Ariva Owner Association (AOA) was founded to foster a strong sense of community within the confines of RERA's laws and regulations. It impartially and transparently develops and implements strategies and programs to manage and facilitate all stakeholders in compliance with the HOA Articles of Association and its joint property bylaws. The AOA takes care of various advisory, administrative, and operational tasks for the owner's association, working in conjunction with the Board of Directors to regulate and protect the interests and investments of owners. The AOA provides an integrated and hassle-free living experience for all its residents.

To establish a cohesive living environment that promotes camaraderie guarantees the utmost standards of maintenance and upholds the worth of every apartment within Ariva Amwaj.
